In early-stage coordination, everyone's moving in different directions—especially in web, policy, identity, and regen circles. Cat Herders are the trusted people who can say:

“Hey everyone, you need to see this. Let’s contribute together.”

You’re not wrangling the whole web—just helping your corner of it show up.

Your Role:

Introduce the Call for Input to your org, domain, or niche
Invite folks to contribute their ideas, pain points, or prototypes
Coordinate one async doc drop, workshop, or discussion
Optionally gather feedback or relay back themes
That’s it. No meetings required. No Discord nightmares.

Compile all submissions
Publish the Desirable Properties of a Meta-Layer v1.0

First dibs on early governance roles (if you want them)
Eternal respect from the decentralized cats you’ve herded
