This Guild brings together builders, researchers, designers, organizers, and public-interest technologists to collaborate on real projects, pilots, and practices that apply the Meta-Layer in the real world.
It exists to support experimentation, learning, and collective stewardship of interface-level infrastructure that serves people, communities, and democratic life.

Members participate in working circles, pilot projects, documentation efforts, and public dialogue, helping ensure that the space above the webpage evolves as a commons rather than a proprietary control layer.
