Introducing the Meta-Layer Infrastructure SIG: Building the Trust Layer Above the Web

The internet is saturated with information but starved of trust, context, and connection. That is the challenge the Meta-Layer Infrastructure SIG was created to address. In this new video presentation from our Meta-Layer Info Session #2, we introduce the Meta-Layer SIG and explain its mission: to design the first civic substrate above the web.

The SIG is not another app or platform; it is a two-year, high-intensity launchpad where governance, terminology, Desirable Properties, and civic infrastructure will be prototyped. At the end of its mandate, the SIG will sunset and transition into the Meta-Layer Task Force, a permanent global body for interface-level governance.
